Jim is highly qualified with over 30 years technical experience, over 25 years experience in the computer field, and over 7 years experience installing and maintaining 3Com Voice-over-IP phone systems.
Jim is also proficient in writing dynamic web pages using Coldfusion and is gaining experience with php.
Jim is currently a certified 3Com IP Telephony Expert, a Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) and holds a CompTIA A+ certification.
